Huang Zehua

CEO

Mr. Huang previously co-founded TuSimple, a leading autonomous driving company listed on NASDAQ (TSP), and served as engineering partner and senior vice president of engineering. He steered TuSimple to become the first autonomous driving firm to complete an IPO.
He held full responsibility for the research and development and productization of its autonomous driving system software and hardware. He liaised with world-leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, leading the team to develop and deploy the world's first fully driverless autonomous trucking operations.
Mr. Huang obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology from Beihang University, and a master's degree in robotics from Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. He holds more than 20 patents issued in China and the US.
He has published multiple papers in core academic journals, owned proprietary intellectual property patents and delivered commercialized products in fields including computer vision, facial analysis and driver monitoring systems.
Zhang Hongsong

President

Mr. Zhang previously served as general manager of SANY Heavy Truck and vice president of R&D and procurement at Beijing Foton Daimler. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, he maintains a longstanding focus on heavy-duty commercial vehicle development in China and supplier resource management.

During his tenure at SANY Heavy Truck, he built the business from scratch and steered SANY into a top national commercial vehicle brand within three years.

At Beijing Foton Daimler, he presided over the R&D of multiple generations of heavy-duty truck products and led the launch of Auman Heavy Duty Truck into the Chinese market. Auman has secured a spot among China's Top 5 heavy-duty truck brands and firmly maintained its position in the first-tier segment.

Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor's degree in automotive engineering from Jilin University and a doctorate in safety engineering from Wuhan University of Technology.

Mr. Zhang previously held multiple senior roles including group vice president of Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., executive vice president of Foton Daimler, member of the standing committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Foton Motor Group.
Mr. Zhang also served as an executive director and deputy general manager of Sinotruk Group.
He boasts 25 years of operational and management experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, with proven track records of successful market strategy implementation at China's leading heavy-duty truck manufacturers. He possesses profound insights and forward-looking vision for the development of the heavy-duty truck sector.
Mr. Zhang holds a master's degree from Jilin University of Technology.

Development History

2022

● Our Company was founded in China.

● We began developing our end-to-end MLLM for RoboTruck solution, as well as the vehicle platform and key systems for our new energy intelligent heavy-duty trucks, including our first-generation e-axle.

2023

● Our first-generation e-axle passed vehicle testing and entered the verification phase.

● Our first new energy intelligent heavy-duty truck model, Awaken, entered SoP for mass production.

2024

● We officially launched and commenced commercialization of two new energy intelligent heavy-duty truck models, Awaken and Ripen, delivering 272 units for the year ended December 31, 2024.

● We commercialized the Matrix four-in-one e-axle, which was the first in the industry to achieve mass production utilizing a segmented axle-housing architecture.

● We became the first and only company in the industry to mass-produce multi-source heat-pump-based vehicle thermal management system.

● We launched our proprietary ZSD system, being the industry’s first end-to-end MLLM for heavy-duty truck autonomous driving.

● We participated in the End-to-End Driving at Scale Challenge at CVPR 2024, where our model ranked first among camera-only solutions.

2025

● We delivered 1,176 new energy intelligent heavy-duty trucks in the year, making us the fastest emerging new energy intelligent heavy-duty truck company to surpass 1,000 units in annual sales.

2026

● We delivered 15 vehicles under the RoboTruck solution.

● 2026 In the four months ended April 30, 2026 we delivered 778 new energyintelligent heavy-duty trucks, representing a year-over-year increase of 334.6%.
